Advantages:

Квартира с новым ремонтом, чисто, уютно. Всё необходимое есть. Цена соответствует. До бульвара пешком 20 минут, такси стоит всего 120 р. На первом этаже магазин, остановка через дорогу

Advantages:

Нормальная квартира. До центра, минут 20-25. Рядом центральный рынок, пятёрочка, магазин народный в этом же доме.

Disadvantages:

Нужно подстраивать под себя газовый котел, чтобы горячая вода была такой температуры как вам нужна.
