Advantages:

Уютная квартира, прям зашли и комфортно, запаха нет в квартире стрёмного, вид красивый из окна. Рядом магазины, АЗС Роснефть. Машину можно под окном припарковать, есть где-то платная ещё парковка, нам не пригодилась 😉😁. Недалеко гора Кольцо. А вообще в Кисловодске всё недалеко, 10-30 минут, всё успели посмотреть 😅👍
