Есть wi-fi и телевизор, электроплита, индивидуальное отопление, электрический чайник, фен, утюг с гладильной доской, холодильник, посуда и кухонные принадлежности, постельные принадлежности, сушилка для белья, есть парковка для авто. Есть всё для комфортного отдыха 4-х человек, плюс дополнительное место 500 р, до курортного парка 5-10 минут. Вокруг масса санаториев где можно принять необходимые процедуры. Рядом магазин магнит и мини рынок со свежими овощами и фруктами, есть очень хорошая и недорогая столовая. Заселение после 14 часов, выселение до 12 часов.
