Светлый и чистый дом в тихом дворе. Расположен в 5-ти минутах ходьбы от парка, рядом находятся: Свято-Никольский собор, Музей Ярошенко, Физдиспансер, Кисловодская клиника.

В доме общая кухня с обустроенным местом для посиделок вечером, имеется выносной мангал, можно пожарить шашлык. Также общая стиральная машинка на первом этаже, раздельные холодильники.
