Высокоскоростной интернет и тв. Стиральная машина. Сушильная машина, холодильник, микроволновая печь, газовая плита, чайник, кофе машина, гладильная доска, фен, кондиционер. Квартира оснащена тёплым полом.
Сдаётся от трёх суток для 2-4 человек без детей и без животных, каждый последующий человек оплачивается отдельно. Курение и проведение шумных вечеринок запрещено на всей территории. Заезд с 14:00 выезд до 12:00, ранний заезд и поздний выезд согласовывается отдельно по договоренности. При заселении берется залог 5000₽ который возвращается после уборки при условии сохранности имущества
