Advantages:

Отличное местоположение. Все в пешей доступности

Disadvantages:

Негде припарковать машину. В квартире газовая колонка, очень сложно отрегулировать подачу воды. Нет расходников. Постельное белье из синтетики. Цена не соответствует качеству.
