Квартира никогда раньше не сдавалась, жили в ней сами. Теперь построили дом и переехали туда. Квартира светлая, уютная, с хорошим ремонтом. Квартира распашонка на 5 этаже 5-ти этажного дома с красивыми видами города и гор на северо-восточную и южную стороны с застекленных балконов. Квартира находится в районе "Квадрат", недалеко от центра (4 остановки на автобусе), недалеко от центрального рынка (2 остановки на автобусе). Рядом с домом остановки общественного транспорта, продуктовые магазины, в том числе "Пятерочка". До центра и парка 20-25 минут пешком.
