Дом состоит из трех благоустроенных номеров площадью 15, 20, 35 кв.м. Место идеально подходит для семейного отдыха или дружной компании до 10 человек. Гостевой дом имеет собственную огороженную территорию, на которой размещены зона камина и сауна с бассейном. Так же имеется место для парковки автомобиля. Если понадобится парковка для трех и более машин, то имеется на въезде участок (СНТ Юбилейное) для этих целей (бесплатно). Все номера премиального класса, повышенной комфортности, ввод в эксплуатацию – декабрь 2024 года. В номерах имеется сплит система, телевизоры с голосовым управления, отдельные душевые комнаты, wi-fi, кухня. Вся мебель и оборудование новые.
