Advantages:

Квартира хорошая, светлая, просторная. Рядом магазины. Раннее заселение, есть парковка во дворе. Хозяйка вежливая, радушная, на все наши просьбы пошла нам на встречу, за что большое спасибо.

Disadvantages:

Огорчили несколько моментов: пришлось прибираться самим, но нас заселили намного раньше положенного времени, возможно в связи с этим не успели привести квартиру в порядок. Холодильник плохо морозит, и отсутствовала микроволновка, что не очень удобно.
