Развитая инфраструктура (магазины, банк, кафе, фитнес, парковка, остановки транспорта). Расчетный час — выезд до 12: 00, заезд от 14: 00, в квартире не курят и без домашних животных. На этаже есть балкон с видом на горы. На сутки не сдается, с 5. 08. 24 по 15. 08. 24 будет отключение горячей воды.
