Рядом живописное ущелье, фруктовые деревья.
10–15 мин спокойным шагом до кисловодского парка и колоннады. 5–7 минут до лермонтовского водопада, 15–20 мин до лермонтовской скалы. В 5 мин остановка 11-го маршрута, который довезёт до колоннады, парка, курортного бульвара, центрального рынка. Заезд от 3 дней. Стоимость указана для компании до 15 человек. Доплата за дополнительного гостя 1500 р./сутки за каждого.
Возможна организация трансфера (машина или микроавтобус), экскурсий.
