С 18 по 27 июня профилактика по горячей воде, стоимость аренды снижена. Сдаю 2х комнатную квартиру в центре Кисловодска, рядом бульвар курортный с Нарзанной галереей, тихий, зелёный район. До питьевой галереи 15 мин., до центрального рынка-5 мин., до см "Перекрёсток"-5 мин., до автостоянки-5 мин, возможно оставить машину около дома. В квартире все удобства, мебель, бытовая техника, в том числе стиральная машина-автомат, посуда, постельное бельё, холодная и горячая вода круглосуточно.

Место расположения, тихий дворик. В квартире есть всё необходимое. Своевременность заселения. Приветливая хозяйка.

Disadvantages:

Запах лака от кровати в спальне напрягал конечно.
