Advantages:

Новый дом. Хороший, дорогой ремонт. Вся мебель и бытовая техника новые, квартира большая, светлая. Солнечная сторона с видом на горы и одноэтажные домики. Отопление и подогрев горячей воды индивидуальные (газовый котел), тёплые полы на кухне.

Disadvantages:

Недостаток один: район. Дом граничит с частным сектором, а это означает постоянный лай собак. К сожалению, ничего с этим нельзя сделать. До центра города примерно 10 минут на переполненной маршрутке, либо пешком 40 минут. Парковка возле дома небольшая, есть и подземная. Когда заселится весь дом, припарковаться будет негде
